Terms of business
Last updated 4 September 2026.
These terms apply to use of this website and to the supply of goods and services by Naturabridge Ltd, registered in England and Wales.
Website
Content is for information. Product descriptions are invitations to treat, not offers. You must not misuse the site or submit false information.
Orders
A contract for goods or services is formed only when we confirm an order in writing. Prices are exclusive of VAT and delivery unless the confirmation says otherwise. We may decline an order, including where the buyer, destination or product would not be lawful for us to supply.
Payment
This website does not take card or wallet payments. Settlement is by invoice in accordance with the confirmed order. Title in goods remains with us until paid for in full.
Quality
Goods are supplied as food supplements or cosmetics as described in the confirmation. They are not sold as medicines. The buyer is responsible for any onward sale in a market whose rules differ from those we confirmed.
Services
E-commerce support is scoped in a separate written proposal. Nothing on this site is professional, legal, tax or regulatory advice.
Liability
Nothing in these terms limits liability for death or personal injury caused by negligence, fraud, or any liability that cannot be limited under English law. Otherwise our liability in connection with a confirmed order is limited to the amount paid for that order.
Law
English law applies. The courts of England and Wales have exclusive jurisdiction, except that we may bring proceedings in your country of establishment to recover unpaid invoices.
