Quality

Rules before range.

We are a trading company. Goods we sell are sourced from manufacturers and must be lawful to place on the market in the United Kingdom for the use we describe.

01 · Food

Food supplements

In the UK these are regulated as food, not as medicines. Labels use the legal name “food supplement”. We do not make medicinal claims. Copy is expected to meet general food information rules and the Food Supplements (England) Regulations 2003, and the equivalent rules where we supply Scotland, Wales or Northern Ireland.

We keep records that identify the businesses we buy from and sell to, together with invoices and delivery notes, so goods can be traced if an authority asks.

02 · Care

Cosmetics

Cosmetic products made available to the public in Great Britain must have a responsible person with a UK-established address, a product information file, a safety assessment and notification through the Submit Cosmetic Product Notification service before they are made available.

Where we place cosmetics on the GB market, we will only do so when those obligations are met — either by us or by the responsible person named on pack.

Limits

What we will not trade

If we cannot identify a line back to a supplier invoice, or cannot lawfully make it available, we decline the order.

  • MedicinesPrescription-only or unlicensed medicines, or products whose claims would make them medicines.
  • Unnotified cosmeticsCosmetics we cannot lawfully make available in Great Britain.
  • Untraceable stockGoods we cannot identify back to a supplier invoice.

Complaints and withdrawals

Quality or safety complaints should be sent to hello@naturabridge.com with the product name, batch if shown, and a description of the issue. If a withdrawal or recall is required we will follow the instructions of the relevant UK authority and notify affected buyers of record.
